Darcy Douglas

Darcy has been in the SAAS and Fintech industry for over 30 years, most of which has been developing and leading Professional Services from small startups to large global corporations. At Taulia, she developed the Professional Services methodology for implementing FinTech solutions in large multinational corporations. In her current role at Taulia, as Vice President of Global Program Management, Darcy and her team are responsible for managing the growth initiatives of the company including new businesses, expansion into new geographies, and the initial development of new product lines. Darcy’s primary responsibility is driving Taulia’s top strategic growth initiative, which in 2021 brought over $6B in new funding to support Taulia customers. Darcy was recently included in The Top 100 Women in FinTech by FinTech Magazine.

Darcy is passionate about mentoring, and has created three leadership programs: the LIFT Program, LIFT Women, and the Taulia Leadership Program which empowers Taulians to take on leadership roles and realize their full potential. She has personally mentored over 50 women and championed many of them to achieve leadership roles. Darcy believes in using one hand to advance your own career and the other to bring another woman along with you.

Darcy is passionate about giving back to her community. Darcy has volunteered extensively in the schools in Park City and for that work Darcy was awarded Volunteer of the Year and honored with a “Darcy Douglas Day” celebration. She has hosted fundraising events for charitable organizations, planned events for her community, including an annual 5K run, and many youth activities.

Darcy is an avid world traveler and has a goal to run a 10K in every state, with 27 completed so far. She is a musician playing the piano and hammered dulcimer and she loves spending time with her family in the mountains of Utah.
