Toni Sears
Toni built her career on the mantra, “Know what problem you are trying to solve and know if you are solving it.” She has led teams to success on multi-million-dollar projects at eBay, ARUP Labs, Ancestry and now with CHG Healthcare — a billion-dollar company that helps place healthcare professionals in jobs around the world.
Toni was instrumental in growing CHG’s product management division from one person to a team of 34 product and UX professionals. Toni recognized the importance of having a product management team to drive strategic goals, solve problems, and help CHG develop a technology plan — including software products that align with business objectives and client needs. Her ability to see across all digital initiatives led to her current role as senior director of program management — where she now leads a multimillion-dollar digital portfolio for the organization. With her help, CHG has been able to transform into a high-tech business that attracts top-level software developers and designers.
Toni’s ultimate career goal is to make a difference in the lives of women in the workplace, and she’s well on her way to doing so. As an advocate of women in the tech industry, Toni launched a women in leadership mentor group and discussion forum for CHG’s digital team — creating a safe space for women to share their experiences in the tech industry and advocate for one another. Additionally, she serves as the digital team’s representative within CHG’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program. Outside of work, Toni volunteers with Realms of Inquiry, a private school that takes an experiential learning approach to creating global citizens. Toni is also a proud member of the Women in Tech council.
