Serenie Gagon

Serenie Gagon is an experienced product evangelist with deep expertise in the payments space. In her current role at Finicity, a Mastercard Company, Serenie is responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap for Finicity Pay suite of products including aggregation of financial account information to support ACH payments, Account Ownership validation, and balance insights.

Prior to Finicity, Serenie delivered business-to-business product payment solutions to an international market during her long tenure at American Express where she held several roles in product. When she’s not revolutionizing payments, Serenie enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, hiking, and devouring a good fiction book when possible. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion, and equity for the marginalized.
