Vandana Sharma

Vandana Sharma is a Senior Manager of Product Support at Oracle. She is a technology enthusiast with a passion for building and fostering high performing, inclusive teams. Vandana helped develop the concept of the ‘Service Continuum’, strategically driving Oracle to transition from providing reactive support to proactive support for their customers. As a result of her efforts she has been recognized within Oracle with various awards like ‘Outstanding Oracle Team Award’, ‘Pacesetter Team Award’ and recently as an ‘Emerging Leader’.

Vandana is passionate and committed to women’s leadership. Vandana is one of the original founders of the Oracle Women Leadership Lehi Chapter. She has been instrumental in providing a networking platform for professionals to come together, build trust, and develop a plan towards leadership. She is likewise a Diversity Champion and has organized various workshops on diversity and inclusion and is committed to approaching business through a diversity lens.

Outside the work, Vandana is dedicated to inspire the next generation, and has served as a mentor for kids at SheTech and STEM program. In 2019, she led a group of young kids to participate in the ‘Children’s Entrepreneur Market’ to encourage them develop business acumen and entrepreneurship. To cater the creative passion and her drive for diversity and inclusion, she founded a nonprofit organization, Virasat Inc. This organization aims to connect people to their ethnic roots, and organize service projects for raising awareness and funds for various causes like CRY America, Menstrual hygiene.

Vandana’s progressive thinking father always instilled in her the value of education and self-reliance. Vandana is a lifelong learner, with Bachelor’s in Physics, MBA in Management Information Systems. Recently, Vandana completed the Executive Leadership series.

Vandana’s creativity is reflected in her paintings, cooking, and event management. She uses her creativity to “Bring People Together” at work and in the community.
