Wendy Steinle
Wendy Steinle heads up Adobe Experience League and Marketing Technology & Operations as part of Adobe’s Digital Experience Global Marketing organization. She is a leader who drives the business by bringing teams together to tackle tough challenges and deliver value across the customer journey. A strong customer advocate, Wendy develops the vision, strategy, and executional plans—from user experience to engineering—to help Adobe business customers learn, connect and grow along a personalized path to success so they can maximize the value of their Adobe investments. Wendy is also the Site Leader for Adobe Lehi, a volunteer position for which she leads six action committees that inspire more than 1,300 local employees to engage in opportunities that foster workplace culture, encourage personal and professional growth, and serve the local community.
Prior to Adobe, Wendy drove go-to-market and advertising and sales strategies at MRM//McCann, American Express, a PKI start-up, and Novell. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego.
Wendy is passionate about empowering people to find their light and power and bring it to the world. She is a founding member of Adobe’s Women Leadership Council and a mentor in Adobe’s Diversity Leadership Experience, mentoring both women and men. She frequently participates in events, panels and programs to lend valuable perspective to a wider audience, including the Eccles School of Business Empowering Women panel, Ladies That UX, Utah Business Roundtables, WTC Talent Innovation Summit and more. She supports various organizations with her time and voice, including SheTech, Women Tech Council and Habitat for Humanity.
Wendy has three children and has worked through it all, with twin 14-year old daughters and a son in college. Wendy loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, skiing, mountain biking and generally exploring with her family.
