Her career encompasses renewable energy, aerospace and defense, and specialty chemicals, reflecting her diverse expertise and impact.

Joining OxEon Energy in 2013, Jessica has been instrumental in managing high-profile projects for the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DOD), and NASA. Among her notable achievements is the development of the MOXIE system, an innovation on NASA’s Perseverance Rover that successfully produced oxygen from Mars’ carbon dioxide, earning a spot on TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2023 list.

Jessica’s previous role as Engineering and Quality Manager at Nammo Defense Systems further highlights her leadership capabilities. There, she enhanced production capacity and earned the Core Value Award for her commitment to process improvement and employee development. Her approach fostered a culture of problem-solving and quality enhancement, ensuring that team contributions were both recognized and impactful.

Her recent achievement includes securing a $36.5 million DOE grant to scale OxEon’s manufacturing capacity, aimed at decarbonizing industries and producing sustainable fuels.
